Pharmacy Transfer - CVS Health
Content design for the Retail Pharmacy team at CVS health to help customers seamlessly transfer their pharmacies over to CVS health. Worked on both content and design to improve user experience for the customer journey.
OneKeyCash - Expedia
Worked with the checkout team at Expedia to launch the One Key initiative. This was a large project that spanned across all Expedia’s lines of businesses - Hotels.com, VRBO & Brand Expedia itself.

Community Builders - Meta
Worked with the then Community Builders Org to deliver on several large, strategic initiatives to scale up Facebook communities and better align the community entities ecosystem.
Payment Error Messages - Expedia
In a perfect world, users should not have to run into error messages, but then we don’t live in a perfect world :) This was an end to end project where I worked on empathizing with words and guiding the user to the right next step when they run into payment errors on Expedia’s checkout pages.

Book with Confidence (BwC) - Expedia
Making memories and navigating new places require a sense of trust and safety. I worked on VRBO’s BwC content to help customers feel at ease when booking properties, even in unknown territories where things could unexpectedly not go as planned.
